This project entailed the redevelopment of the former Co-op Diary Bottling Plant. The concept of the A line gables with circular windows is taken from the original building, something we like to do, take a piece of what was there and reflect it in the new design. Nine townhouses and 4 one bedroom apartments were created on the site.

We loved this site because it grew its own personality as it developed and we threw in some new ideas, notably the central kitchen and glasswall to rear. All the happy owners just love living there - we know this because they are always telling us.
