We like to keep our hand in with a few refurbishments too and Holywell Hill was an absolute joy! The lovely sisters had lived happily here for many years but unfortunately it was time for them to find something a little more user friendly and time for the house to become a little more contemporary.

Using the space effectively and indeed cunningly, we created a great kitchen dining room with a glass roof that let the light pour in and we even managed to get a great utility and ground floor toilet in, which for this type of house is fairly unique.
